I think some of the states are trying to correct this by checking voter roles.

As a matter of fact, Texas found 1200 illegals that are actively voting (and other states are finding similar results), but when prosecutions are brought up, the Democrats scream bloody murder.

Why???

Well someone has to check but whose job is it to check? DMV really does not want to do the checking as they have a job to do.

So it really falls to the people counting the votes. They have to determine before accepting the vote to count determine that the person can vote ?

Which does create additional hardships on the organization that is doing the counting during a very busy time.

To me it seems obvious if this process is creating loop holes then it should be stopped

Still if they have a good data base then it should be able to check it rather quickly

They might even send out a notice that the vote was ineligible to be counted and state why. This sends a message that they cannot get away with it.

a warning is all that is needed unless they keep doing it over and over again in each election. Then they need to get serious.
