My claim wasn’t about Philadelphia crime violent rate. My claim was Philadelphia’s high concentration of teen takeovers, flash mobs, and knockout games over the past decade. Given that Democrats run Philadelphia, it is not unlikely they are not considering these incidents violent crimes so the stats are padded accordingly.

These teen takeovers are easy to solve. Create large scale holding facilities. Convert a warehouse or prison. If parents can't or won't control their children sever the parental rights and send the child to a facility where they can be controlled and educated. They cannot get out until they reach age 21. Then they will be charged criminally for their crimes and go to prison.
