Well, it was my understanding that USAID was now defunded, but the Vance part makes sense--- there is nothing they can do about Trump now, he is already in office and that is not going to change, so if there was some underground war network running black ops between Ukraine and Washington-D, the smart money would be to start poisoning the roots of Future-MAGA, that is, Trump's MAGA protégé, JD Vance.
