Russia is going after citizens. They absolutely are.

They are going after UNARMED civilians and refugees, as well as merhcant ships that do even belong to Ukrine. They attacked a Turkish ship and Turkey sent it's navy to blockade the entire black sea so Russian ships can't get through. Turkey has a baddass navy with some of the best subs in the world.
