England and most of the rest of Europe is a lost cause because of the Islamic invasion. Centuries ago, Islamic armies tried to conquer Europe but were driven out by the combined forces of Hungary and Poland.
Now, they realized that all Islam has to do is flood infidel nations with unarmed mostly combat age men and then bring in their women and have large numbers of children and conquer by sheer numbers.
That's what's happening in Canada where their numbers are increasing by three to one over the non-Muslim communities. Here in the states, it's two to one over the non-Muslim population and they're winning in local elections.
With our Constitution allowing the "freedom of religion," we essentially are being run by a suicide pact, since we can't get rid of any religion.

Google is only allowing links of anti-Muslim Islamophobia and inappropriate attacks on Muslims and mosques in the U.K. Nothing to be found about Muslims starting riots or civil unrest.

Now whether or not the attacks on Muslims are in rataliation for Muslim misbehavior, I can't condone that any more than I can condone Muslims stirring up riots and unrest in the USA.

I do wish the woke people who control what we see on the internet would allow fair and balanced content so we could discern what is actually happening.

What the white liberals don't grasp is that they will ultimately be destroying themselves in the process. They just need to take a good look at Islamist nations like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Libya, Sudan, et cetera, and they won't find Christian, Jew, Atheist, Hindu, Sikh, Shinto, or other non-Muslim citizens, with the exception of a few that are brought in to be servants and they are not treated will, just to see their own fate.

Even Yandex though seems to be a captive of Google. It did provide a You Tube creation--I usually view those with at least some skepticism as they are so easy to manipulate as propaganda--and a Gateway Pundit article which I also choose not to use as a source as they sometimes will put a dishonest spin on the rightwing subject matter they produce.

Otherwise it is the same old same old offerings of articles deploring the Islamophobia in the U.K. Nothing indicating Muslim violence at all though that is what I requested in my search. (I did only look at the first dozen or so links.)

While there is a steady stream of stuff from the usual suspects, things you're looking for are generally ranked higher and easier to find.

It's my go-to when looking for info that doesn't comport with the Current Thing™.

I seem to find more on Duck Duck Go or Opera but Microsoft and Google are so powerful its very difficult to get past their algorithms.

Why are Americans so gullible? Well, I believe it is the result of multiple things.
1. Younger generations are coddled by their parents, who strive to protect their youths from unpleasant topics.
2. The K-12, college and university educational system have been hijacked by Marxist instructors who seek undermine our Constitutional Republic and its Bill of Rights and paint anti-American/Western ideologies as wrong, while claiming anti-western elements, especially Islam, as victims, rather than the "self-described conquering religion" it is.
3. The Quran teaches its followers that it is permissible to lie to non-believers to protect the religion (taqiyya). So, the majority of Muslims will "claim" that their religion is a peaceful one however, some will be absolutely honest and say straight up, that you should be converted, subjugated (enslaved), or outright killed.
4. The younger generations are primarily stuck listening to their own echo chambers, which limits their learning.
