Whilst I'm anti-abortion in the sense that I don't think abortion should be a form of contraception. Saying that women who have abortions have a "mental illness" isn't right, there are instances where I support abortion, example in the cases of rape, incest and where the life of the mother is at risk.

Not in the past, but we're in cultural decay, so...

Believe this or not, there was once a time when our universities were centers of learning and creating future leaders and innovators. True story!

Now, they're where we create "safe spaces" to avoid hurting "feelings", for shouting down and shutting down opinions that may conflict with ours, and for demanding services that have nothing to do with learning and creating future leaders and innovators.

So we've had a couple of changes there.

That's okay, though, because our kids "feel" real good about themselves, and that all that really matters.

I am mostly German, little Irish and Polish tossed in there...as a Germanic/Irish/Polish American I feel I am not well represented. I am also tall...it is bullshit I have to stoop so low to get into a car...and chair makers should be forced to make chairs a little taller for all of us tall people...German-Irish-Polish tall people that is!!

I know how crazy this will sound, but a hundred years ago when I went to college, we had "condoms" and "The Pill" 'n stuff, and the students all were "responsible" for taking care of those things themselves.

But we can't expect college students to be that responsible today. To wit: Holy shit, there's a guy who's trying to speak at the student union, and I hear he wants to say things that I may not agree with, so I need to get down there right now and shut the whole thing down, I don't have time to buy condoms.

And we already know we can't expect women to purchase their own birth control any more (see: Fluke, Sandra).

Plus, telling them they're responsible for something besides protesting might hurt their feelings.
