Some updates are due here.
1. The Turkish prosecutors dropped their case against the Saudi murderers which linked them to MbS, evidently as a quid pro quo for the Saudis extending a billion dollar loan to the Turkish state.
2. MbS not only rejected Biden’s requests to increase oil production (to decrease world oil prices) in the wake of Putin’s bloody (and failing) invasion of Ukraine, he colluded with Putin to dramatically
lower production — in a direct attempt to hurt Biden in the midterm elections. This was an open act of solidarity with Putin as well.
3. Finally, it is no longer only the Saudis who are actively using their petrodollars to lobby Congressmen, help Republicans, and influence U.S. foreign policy. A new still classified report discussed by the
Wall Street Journal shows that U.S. intelligence agencies are now actively concerned about the powerful cash-flushed United Arab Emirate influence on Congress and U.S. “Think Tanks.”

The Saudi and UAE-Israeli lobby is now more powerful than ever behind the scenes given the “Abraham Accords” and Gulf money flowing into D.C. It is also supported by our own Military Industrial Complex. Over 500 retired U.S. generals in recent years have quietly served as well-paid “consultants” advising the Saudi armed forces and lobbying on MsB’s behalf.
