Jamie Raskin (D) goes into a loud and very obnoxious rant about Trump's presidential pardons. At the end of his rant, the Republican Chairman, Congressman McClintock thanks him for reminding all of us why the American people voted the way they did.
Someone later reminded the House that that anti-pardon tantrum was thrown by Raskin, the only person on the dias who had himself been pardoned, and not very long before.
