The regime claims the judicial branch is infringing on matters of foreign policy.

Trump administration has accused the judiciary of overstepping and interfering with the executive branch's ability to conduct foreign policy.

I contend the executive branch is actually usurping the authority of the judiciary to be the judge of whether Garcia and his fellow deportees deserved to be sent to El Salvador. The regime is trying to bypass one of the three branches of government and consolidate power for itself. It believes it has the power to send those people to a foreign gulag, most likely for the rest of their lives, without judicial review. This is trump's domestic policy solution for removing alleged gang members. Not foreign policy towards El Salvador.

Remember, even the enemy combatants sent to Guantanamo were given the opportunity to have a judicial process weigh in on their fate.

Sorry, he is gone as he should be. Democrats should of enforced the border.
Just cause you are in the USA does not give you rights. Especially rights not in the constitution.

What, no snarky retorts from the peanut gallery?

Your hero, Garcia was sent to his home country. He was in this country illegally because your pretend president and his DIE hire VP ignored immigration law.

Your silly cut and paste tirade is just another of your juvenile, long, tedious cut and paste of an opinion from a leftist talking head.

Facts. Especially this: This is trump's domestic policy solution for removing alleged gang members. Not foreign policy towards El Salvador.

ASSHOLE Democrats are infringing on the American people's WILL and votes by trying to prevent Trump from doing what we elected him to do. Dem's have no respect for the law, democracy or elections, everything they said was BS!

On a brighter note...Democrats have selected a wife beating gang banger as their media hero and AOC is the front runner for 2028 :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg:

Actually, while illegal immigrants have limited constitutional rights here, the 5th and 14th Amendments specifically apply to Garcia, as established by Zadvydas v. Davis (2001) and Reno v. Flores (1993).

The text of the 5th Amendment explicitly states, "No person" meaning anyone in the US, legal or illegal.

Dozens of local Federal judges are now blocking the President of the United States from conducting both his domestic policy and his foreign policy...policies that the voters gave him a mandate to carry out. It's these local Federal judges that are attempting to usurp the power of the Executive Branch...not the other way around. The voters are overwhelmingly in favor of getting rid of violent illegals, yet your pet judges are defying that mandate and doing everything they can to stop that from happening through lawfare. These are foreign gangs that have been designated as terrorist organizations. They have no right to the same judicial process as American citizens because they AREN'T American citizens!

Like Libs you’re working hard for foreign nationals but our Preamble is titled We The People Of The United States Of America and not We The People Of The World…our Constitution is not a international document that reaches to the worlds people.

“No person” means men women and children of the United States…it never meant illegals from El Salvador

People can disagree with me all they like, but what they can't do is provide a constitutionally sound argument for the actions Trump took in deporting Garcia.

All I'd like to see is some fucking consistency from the people who demand our laws be obeyed. But all I see them doing is demanding they be bypassed because... feelings. Ugh, I've seen this stuff from leftists too many times. It makes me sick to my stomach.

You cannot bypass the law because you feel like it.

Sorry, it dont apply. But go ahead show where in the constitution, cause the 5th and 14th dont apply nor the cases you cite

This is Trump’s racist immigration policy to remove immigrants of color from the United States absent due process, having nothing to do with foreign policy.
This is your typical racist tirade wherein you presume POC's have some special entitlement break US law simply because they're POC.

Trump wants to establish offshore gulags. And his flock is fine with it.

What the fuck happened to us? Or is this who we always were?

'Homegrowns are next': Trump doubles down on sending American 'criminals' to foreign prisons

As the two men entered the Oval Office, before reporters were allowed in the room, Trump discussed his proposal to send what he called American "criminals" accused of violent crimes to El Salvador and told Bukele he needed to build more prisons to house them.

"Homegrown criminals next," Trump said, according to a livestream posted by Bukele's office. "I said homegrowns are next, the homegrowns. You gotta build about five more places."

Bukele was heard responding "alright" and others in the room laughed.

"It's not big enough," Trump added.

It's the President's job to enforce the law.

Which he is doing.

The US Code has been quoted and referenced for you multiple times

As goofy conspiracy theories go, yours are among the least entertaining.
