And that's all he can do. The rest is up to Congress, and I can't foresee him telling Congress anything different than he's already told us.

Don't worry about Trump, worry more about how Congress executes his vision, or if they don't execute it at all. Because it doesn't matter how forceful Trump is, how nice Trump is, how convincing he is, Congress has their own agenda, and let's hope Congress meets OUR expectations.
