Try real hard to follow along. The Posse Comitatus Act, itself, allows for exceptions.
It is ann exception that he would seek to be using. And as I’ve already advised you -and have previously noted and proved by quoting the Insurrection Act, he has an available exception at hand.

It is undoubtedly true that you don’t like the exception. Tough luck. It’s available and it’s his determination that controls, not your objection to the use of the exception.
