Not pardoned, the case was dropped. Why?

It was in Minnesota, where the prosecutors all all tied up chasing $9 billion in fraud that only exists in a youtube video instead of prosecuting actual crimes. The veteran prosecutor assigned to his case retired and the few remaining ones that the trump administration has chased off or fired are too overextended with the imaginary crime to be bothered with the real ones.

This guy is a 12 time convicted felon who was charged with trafficking 10 pounds of meth.

And he walked.

Case dismissed by the prosecution.

And he's far from alone.

This is what happens when you prioritize sensational youtube videos over actual evidence.

This is what happens when the inmates run the asylum.

His lawyer hasn't been able to contact him, since his surprise release. Go figure. I hope she didn't have many hours invested, as I doubt she gets paid.

The far left lawyers chose to leave the prosecutors office short handed

Its their fault the case was dropped

The reasons are right there in the article.

What it boils down to is politics.....Dirty politics, pure and simple.
What politics, explain it for us.

It's right there in the link YOU posted, duh.

People resigning from their jobs because they don't like the "new administration".

The exodus began last year as several prosecutors "saw the writing on the wall" that their jobs — and the government's definition of justice — were going to be different under the new administration, the former federal prosecutor said.

No, because they were being forced to waste time on trumped up junk instead of doing their jobs, not to mention the moral aspects.

Yep, it’s right there in the article. Several prosecutors resigned in objection to trump.

What it boils down to is incompetence, pure and simple. The Trump Administration, like the Trump Corporation, is incompetent. Trump isn't capable of managing the American government efficiently or effectively. That's why he's bankrupted 7 companies.

Shouldn't MN be prosecuting this people? There are still state drug crimes there. Oh right, it's a blue state, lawlessness is the rule, nor the exception.

This guy already had 12 felony convictions. The incompetence lies with the prosecutors who didn't already have him in prison until he was a senior citizen. I bet most (all?) of those 12 felony convictions are state charges.

What does MN fraud have to do with this? Are you suggesting there can’t be two cases at once?

And what does the fact he has prior convictions have to do with this case? Is it possible the case wasn’t as strong as you think? Or maybe he’s a cooperating witness?

You dembots have binary thinking
