I just answered. Democrats don't get credit for a modest rebound of the disaster they caused. The economy didn't really take off until after election day 2016.According to current data, the longest period of continuous economic growth in US history began in June 2009, following the Great Recession, and lasted until February 2020, marking the longest expansion on record, surpassing the previous record set between March 1991 and March 2001.
So let's try this again. Top DJIA under Bush 14,100, top DJIA under 0bama before Election Day 2016: 17,900. Top DJIA under Trump: 30,100. You can see Monkey Boy did next to nothing in eight years, whereas the DJIA skyrocketed under the great Trump, and this was without inflation.
