If you invade a sovereign country's airspace and then land in their capital and seize their President and First Lady that's an act of war.

If a Chinese version of Seal Team Six were to grab Trump - not even at the White House, but even while overseas at a foreign summit or something - Republicans AND Democrats would be tripping over themselves to get to the Capitol to vote on a War Resolution.
