If someone is here illegally, and gets cited for anything, apparently those are among the 2.0 mil. instantly deported without Due Process, such as: "Are they really illegal under a myriad of existing statutes(?): According to Trump: "Let there be no judicial review." Sanctuary cities and others with illegals in the Welfare System get everything cut off, in Trump's plan. No one sues, in Trump's plan. The $32.0 bil. wall gets built, and with aerial and underground sensors connected electronically to some more expensive system to boot. Not clear is who pays for the high-tech mech&tech, not a part of the wall. Bricks and mortar and labor are estimated at $32.0 bil., for the wall.

In Trump's plan, If Mexico builds the wall, then possibly the U. S. still pays for the high tech systems, expanded patrols, expanded detention centers, expanded border police force, expanded border offices--and likely Mexico retains control over all the systems it has paid for. The border is Mexican, bought and paid for. Everything else is USA paid for, only that controlled by USA--not the border.

How better to keep us U. S. Immigration Security than to outsource it all to Mexico, or get the cities and states to pay for it, through unfunded federal mandates. Everyone apparently in Trump Campaign believe that cities and states caused the problem(?). No one else caused the problem, especially private sector lettuce crop owners(?).
