The Courts have awarded themselves powers that just aren't there.Let's be clear about something here. My interpretation of the separation of powers says that these EOs infringe on the right of Congress to dictate the nature and disbursement of funds.
But that's my interpretation. What is yours? Can you cite to me what Constitutional authority he has to do this?
Rulings? Laws? Acts? Statutes? I'm happy to listen.
Unelected Judges over-ruling an Elected President's Appointees that were approved by an Elected Senate?
I say Trump should just ignore them. Maybe even close their Offices, cut off their electricity, strip them of Police Protection.
The Judiciary is all bluff. They have no enforcement arm, no Military, No Police, No Marshall's Service, No -- Nothing. They can issue orders until they're blue in the face. But the Executive Branch controls the Police, the Marshalls and the Military.
Reverse it on them. They know, these dimocrap scum Activists posing as Judges..... They know they will be overturned on appeal. And they don't care. But that might take many, many Months or even years. Damage -- Done. That's what they're counting on.
I say, Trump should just close their Offices or entire Buildings. Judges can only make rulings while Court is in Session inside a Court Building. He should just -- FIRE THEM!!
It would be kinda tough if there is no Court to hold sessions is.
Then, let them appeal and go through the bullshit for years on end. Trump would probably lose but -- So what? The damage is done.
Two can play that game.
