In 2017, Trump said that he expected GDP growth during his tenure to be 5%



Reality was that it grew by 2.3%

Today at the WH Press conference he stated the same identical number to be seen in this presidency



This is Goldman Sach's prediction on GDP growth for 2026.

US GDP is forecast to expand 2.5% in 2026 (fourth quarter, year over year), versus the consensus economist estimate of 2.1%.

Oh, and by the way, Trump said that he would be cutting drug prices by 200%%-800%. ???? If he cuts prices by 100%, the drugs would be FREE!

His mind is way off on this, given that the mathematics do not support that. I know he meant otherwise, but that is not what he said
