Trump's approval rating hits rock bottom with voters who helped him win

Hugh Cameron is now reporting a Quantus Insights survery that Trump has, in effect, lost much of his base's confidence.

Young voters continue to lose faith and refuse to support President Donald Trump "according to a recent poll, a group which was instrumental in his decisive victory in the 2024 presidential election."

Trump has fallen to 56.6 percent rejecting his actions as _resident, while slightly more than 40 percent still approve.

". . . among those aged 18 to 29, 70.5 percent said they “strongly” disapproved of the way Trump “is handling his job,” with an additional 6 percent disapproving somewhat. This compares to 20.1 percent and 3.5 percent, respectively, who either strongly or somewhat approve." That is more than 50% upside down.

This bodes ill future fortunes for MAGA.
But there’s this from CNN

Yep.....next time Trump runs for office he'll be in big trouble.

Course, Democrats are running at -20 to Trump's -18.

So everyone seems to disapprove of the folks that need to keep running for office meaning Congressional Democrats.

Nope, the dems are doing very well. They are well in the lead for excitement and willingness to vote, and the polls show the majority of America is ready for the GOP to step down.

I went from a three-time voter and avid Trump supporter to hating the demonic slob.

He started his term very strong, his supporters liked his tariffs, dealing with China and illegals, not even MSM could counter his popularity, he started DOGE, he said he would cut debt...Then he followed some poor advisors. Whoever he listened to wanted to end MAGA and allow an opening for Neo Cons to return to control of the GOP. The Neo Cons remain VERY unpopular so the coalition he worked so hard to build for the GOP will disappear overnight. Thus, your next president has a strong chance of being a China-First, global socialist Dem and Trump goes from being a legacy president to another Nixon or GWB. We all hope he succeeds but to not have a strong plan before such as attack seems extremely optimistic and worsened his support. Iran has support from China and Russia and their goal will be a nuke in the long term.
They liked his tariffs until they found out what they actually did.

****! This makes me angry.

Dream on, loser. Trump still has two years, 9 months, and 22 days to wreak havoc on your little liberal playhouse.

:laughing0301:
... and on Conservativess & Independents' playhouses too.

Immaterial, galty. Your criminal anti-American group cannot separate yourself from him and will pay for it this fall and in 2028.

Oh, they can separate themselves, what they won’t be able to control is that no matter who the candidate is in 2028, lefties will try to associate them as “maga” even if they never were maga.

The number one campaign ad from democrats will almost assuredly be “he’s trump 2.0”..regardless of whether or not they were maga at all

I understand it too well, Canada has been profiting handsomely from U.S investment.

Huh?

Your response suggests otherwise.

You know we're not just talking about tariffs right? We're talking about what Trump did, and that's different to just putting tariffs on things, right?

No? Doesn't surprise me.

15th post
76.5% disapproval. That's a 108 point swing for the Donald from election day till now. He also has a 112 point swing with independents with a disapproval at 70%.
Isn’t democrat approval rating at like 28%? Seems like people don’t like either party

That's right OP, America is learning what it's like to fukk around w/fascism.

And as expected, they're realizing they don't like it. Not. One. Bit.

I’m curious, what is your definition of fascism?

Is there a law you need to purchase a product from Europe or China?

You dont want to pay the tariff then buy local.

If you cared enough to know how Europe, Japan, S Korea, China and other nations apply tariffs and primarily non-tariff barriers to prevent U.S market access you would demand MORE protections I assure you.

Wake up. America plays by the rules and welcomes competition. Other centralized governments do not.
