Trumpers are tired of winning while ... Isis in Iraq: Militants 'getting stronger again'

Donald Trump has claimed defeat of ISIS whereas intelligence indicates ISIS is morphing into a stronger more distributed organization.

ISIS appears to be growing stronger in Iraq because the problem that caused the emergence of ISIS is still prevalent.

"They have better techniques, better tactics and a lot more money at their disposal," he said. "They are able to buy vehicles, weapons, food supplies and equipment. Technologically they're more savvy. It's more difficult to flush them out. So, they are like al-Qaeda on steroids."

Donald Trump has cut and run from Syria in the face of a Turk invasion. So now there is less cooperation and cohesion between the forces opposed to ISIS.

Isis in Iraq: Militants 'getting stronger again'

IS was uprooted after a long fight in Iraq, but it was never completely defeated
There are growing indications that the Islamic State (IS) group is re-organising in Iraq, two years after losing the last of its territory in the country.

Kurdish and Western intelligence officials have told the BBC that the IS presence in Iraq is a sophisticated insurgency, and IS attacks are increasing.

The militants are now more skilled and more dangerous than al-Qaeda, according to Lahur Talabany, a top Kurdish counter-terrorism official.

"They have better techniques, better tactics and a lot more money at their disposal," he said. "They are able to buy vehicles, weapons, food supplies and equipment. Technologically they're more savvy. It's more difficult to flush them out. So, they are like al-Qaeda on steroids." ...

Hey commie liar, last I heard we still have folks in Syria. Why do you insist on lying?

.

Donald Trump has snatched defeat from the jaws of victory as he heads toward the exit.

ISIS will thrive in the chaos evolving in Syria and Iraq where disparate groups individually fighting ISIS will lack synergy and will not even cooperate.

Methinks Rear Admiral Bonespurs declares victory too soon.

How much territory do they control now compared to how much Obama let them hold?

LOL!

How much territory does Trump control in Syria since the pullout? Zero.

Trump cut and ran.

After ISIS was defeated, Trump should have stayed in Syria? Why?

Syria is a failed state and the 'Free Syrian' bantustans fostered by the US are not economically or politically viable. There is not even common purpose between the disparate bantustans.

The next country vulnerable to an ISIS insurrection is Jordan which is also close to being economically bankrupt and susceptible to the rise of an insurgency. The presence of a huge mass of Syrian refugees in Jordan creates an environment that will allow ISIS to insinuate itself into the masses of people who cannot hope for anything other than being perpetual refugees.

Easy to criticize. I'm SURE YOU have a better plan.. Maybe another 12 years in Iraq and add a major incursion and nation-building in Syria while you're at it..

I hate folks who have no stated foreign policy goals and gripe about the CURRENT policies.. I truly do...

What's your Iraq and Syria plan -- you useless troll... Let's hear it.. How many mid-east failed "Arab Springs' you wanna try???

There was no 'spring' in Syria. The insurgency was armed and financed by Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States.

This string has also exposed your extreme Donald Trump bias and your inability to control your anger.

Foreign policy in the Mid East has sucked under EVERY administration in my lifetime.. And YOU are worst kind of partisan fool criticizing the CURRENT admin but not the previous...

You HAVE no fucking idea what the plan SHOULD BE.. So you're very irrelevant to this discussion... Where the fuck were you when we bombed Iraq daily and locked them up under "containment" for 11 years? And caused at least 240,000 civilian casualties from lack of meds and food?

Where the fuck were you when ISIS was IGNORED until they had territory the size of New Jersey?

I really hate whiners with no comprehension of the problems...

Here's the lesson the US should have learned by now.. Governance in the Mid East needs to be by shotgun toting mentally unstable strong men... That's the ONLY national form of govt that Arabs are compatible with and the only form that keeps them from killing each other....

Both Dem and Repub Admins admins have totally failed at recognizing this truth...
