imo Obama will always be difficult to rate. Given he was the first African American and in a way not really a boomer. (technically he is) W actually gets good marks for getting his agendas through congress ..... yet. So did LBJ. And Nixon to a point.

Trump's in another league. We've never seen that, and hopefully won't again.

With the first, it is perfectly legal to give data and get help from Russia, as long as you pay for it and it does not involve a crime.
But essentially Russia did nothing to effect the election at all.
The claims Trump did however, were illegal, unpaid for work by foreign nationals, the Steele Dossier.
And we all saw the phone call with the Ukraine that the 2nd impeachment was about, and it not only is legal for Trump to ask the Ukraine to investigate both Hunter Biden's high and unearned pay, as well as Joe Biden's illegal threats to have the Ukrainian Inspector General fired.
Both Hillary and Biden were both clearly guilty, and Trump innocent.
