Trump wins again at the Supreme Court.

In a brief, unsigned order, the court said the nine labor unions and nonprofit groups that had challenged the firings lacked standing in the matter.

Meaning another plaintiff, with standing, could file to reinstate the lower court's order.

LOL if the actual orgs don't have standing...keep going you will get there...nobody does. :itsok:

Breaking: In a lightening fast blitzkrieg Trump's armored column tore through the Dem rear areas.

What did he win?
America won a lot.....most of those probationary employees were dem plants whose only purpose was to:

1. Shore up Bidens employment numbers.

2. To infest the .gov and disrupt operations, much in the same way The Halfrican did before he left office.

What you don't realize is there will be a round of RIFs in the future to get shed of the layers of middle management, likely after this coming November's off-year elections.

The election is not this coming November, it's in 2026. That's why they are called the midterms. If you are talking about this November, there are no federal elections for Congress, so they don't matter. Any RIFs will be in the fall before the end of the fiscal year October 1st.

Trump did not win and the court did not rule in his favor

They just ruled the Union lacked standing

It's ok, you still have Dick Cheney on your side. :auiqs.jpg:

Only an individual for themselves, and then they would need to sue in the Court of Federal Claims for any back pay at most.

It was NGO's that lacked standing. 7-2 that's good.
