The Colorado Supreme Court has ruled that Donald Trump is barred from the Colorado ballot for inciting the January 6 insurrection which is no way indicated much less proven anywhere but is only a subjective opinion, and attempting to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election, which again, is in no way proven and purely subjective opinion.

Put simply, these democrats are trying to disenfranchise millions of voters in the state from a free and fair election because they don't like the candidate and feel he has a strong chance of WINNING if left on.

The Supreme Court has no basis to dictate ballot access rules to Colorado. But the one federal question that could possibly be at issue is whether the insurrection clause applies to the office of President or whether the Presidency is excluded from its prohibitions, as has been recently argued by some.
