I suppose you're right that an attorney wrote the actual words but you don't seem to understand that Trump is president of the US and can issue executive orders and they become the law until and unless he is sued and the executive order is overturned by a court.

They are in violation of Title IX when they allow men to compete in Women's sports.

That's all the reasoning that is needed, it was threatened to schools that had imbalances in their male/female percentages on sports teams in the past. That's why so many schools have to give up things like men's wrestling and men's volleyball to balance out the numbers due to the size of football teams.

My girl's flag football team I coached had only a few players less than our boy's football team. We saved a lot of the boy's sports by having those numbers.

When in doubt, check the DNA. If that is not an XX or XY, they are in a space populated by very few people and I believe theyre known as intersex.

The boxer in the Olympics was an XY with some extra parts. He should never have been allowed to compete. Just because his mother decided to raise him as a girl did not make him one.

Actually, the EO tells his Executive Departments how to implement the law. It is not a law in itself. They are enforcing Title IX.

Typically, babies who are intersex are identified as whichever sex they most resemble. Until recently, it was a common practice to do surgery on intersex infants to “correct“ their bodies to more resemble the gender they resemble at birth.

There is a crawling trend to wait for the surgeries to give the person a chance to make a decision for themselves.

If that is part of “wokeness” then it is one part that I fully agree with. There is absolutely no reason to use oral or surgery to “Affirm the gender” of a child.

If their body functions let it keep functioning.

Absolutely, true, but we persevered and now it is usually not a problem. Florida created girl's flag football and weightlifting the year before my daughter played and I coached. It balanced the numbers. My oldest was in weightlifting and flag football plus played in the band. My youngest ran cross country. My son played in no sports in school.

Intersex or genetic/developmental anomalies aren't the problem, or at least are a very small problem.

The issue is men with fetishes thinking they can invade women's spaces and organizations. The issue is kids being subjected to drugs and surgery before maturing, the issue is the social contagion we are seeing with pubescent girls thinking all of a sudden they are trans.
