A separate bit equal powered branch of the federal government. The judicial is the third power equal power holder. My advice is for the judicial branch and the legislative branch of government combined to defeat the executive branch of government before it's too late. America was never intended to be ruled by an autocrat with absolute power. AKA dictator , despot or tyrant.
