Trump to Add New $100,000 Fee for H-1B Visas in Latest Crackdown

Apparently both Microsoft and Elon Musk are upset about it...

So since India is the primary user of these visas....(second place wasn't even close)

Is the H-1B visa price racist or protectionist?
