We've all know that Trump's advancing mental incapacitation is progressing rapidly. His rambling speeches are mostly incoherent as he spews idiocy about how he is treated so unfairly by his many enemies, real and perceived.

But his talking about a third term shows completely that he is close to rocking off the porch. Does he really think that he could beat President Barack Obama in 2028. Boy, I would sure love to see him try! Bigly!
