Trump staffers leave the White House battered

Who would want to work for Trump. The staff that have been fired or left on their own have had their reputations damaged. Sean Spicer will be a punchline for the rest of his life. Flynn is looking at jail time. Priebus, Comey, Scaramucci, Bannon, Gorka, Price, Manigault-Newman, Porter, Hicks, Cohn, McEntee, Tillerson, McMaster, Shulkin etc. left with their reputations taking a hit from when they entered the White House.
In most cases the one that hurt their reputation the most was Trump.
Liar!

Well there’s a thoughtful, well reasoned response.

Trump can’t get a competent lawyer to work for him. He hired General McMaster because the three civilians he offered the job to, turned him down. As a serving member of the military, McMaster couldn’t refuse an order from his CIC and had to take the job.

Others have taken jobs as service to the country, and stayed out of fear what would happen if they left.

As thanks for their service they’ve been lied to, forced to lie on Trump’s behalf, castigated, denigrated, publically humiliated and frequently tossed under the bus whenever it suited Trump.

Then there’s the corruption. Trump is leading the most corrupt administration in history. The level of petty graft and theft is disgusting.

No honest, decent human being would want to work for this White House. Which is why the caliber of applicants is so low.

Remember when it was an honor to work in the WH? Remember hearing the phrase, "I serve at the pleasure of the president"?

Jackass liar in chief can't even get an attorney to work for him but that's different that working for the country. Those who work for the US actually get paid but trump screws over those who work for him persnally. He doesn't pay and you give up any career you had hoped to have.

Oh what a bunch of horseshit. Obama will always have the record of being the most corrupt!

The split in this country is so bad, known republicans won't find work from democrats and no republican would knowingly hire a democrat. A woman recently refused to sell her home to a Republican. This isn't Trump. This is visceral hate and it will continue long after Trump has finished both his terms.

Remember how the liar in chief made such a big deal out yelling YOU'RE FIRED!. He pretended that it made him big and powerful. Turns out he's a weak little baby, sitting in bed, twitting. I just read that Tillerson was sitting on his (not solid gold) toilet when he got the twit from his twit boss.

As usual, the ^^ trumpanzees blame President Obama for trump's failures.

If that gives you ^^ some comfort, you go for it but, down deep, you know it won't change the truth about lying, stealing, cheating pos trump.

obama the bungler is responsible for his own failures and the utter destruction of any semblance of race relations. He should be strung up by the ankles, hands tied behind his back and left for scavengers.

How many members of Obama’s staff faced criminal charges? None. Zero. Nada.

How many were fired for filling their pockets from the public till? None. There has never been such a criminal corrupt administration. They can’t even get security clearances - including members of Trump’s own family.

Other than the lies FOX News has fed you about the Obama Administration there is no evidence of corruption at all.

Seven mostly Republican led Benghazi investigations - zero charges.

Meanwhile, while you piss your pants and whine....good Americans continue to prosper big time on Donny’s watch. Do you care about how or why rejects leave or get fired or do you care about 330 million Americans?

obama had embedded leftists to protect the damage he was doing. Sadly, Trump left them in place when the whole communist bunch should have been canned on day one.

Do tell. I’m going to need a helluva lot of citations before Obama even reaches Trump’s playing field.

They knew what they were getting in to and sold out for the prestige of a White House appointment

You know, with ANY other president (even Jr.), a WH appointment would be something that would set them up for life. They would have job offers, speaking engagements and book deals, as well as the prestige of having been at 1600 Penn. Ave.

But now? Trump has totally changed the paradigm, and now, it's less prestige and more of having a mill stone hung around your neck.

Especially with all the rumors of infighting.

The stink of Trump hangs over them all

You know, there is that consideration, but the thing I would be asking right about now when Trump is pissing off leaders of other countries and imposing tariffs that are going to hurt American workers, how well do you think Trump's reputation is going to survive a stint in the WH? If he completes his term, but ends up being voted out, do you think his empire will survive?

They should have know what they were getting into because of who Trump is but know President has been as critical and negative of his own staff than Trump. He feels disrespecting and putting down people increases his own power over them.

He can't even find a new lawyer who will work for him. Lawyers usually cost a little more, but if you have the money, they are easier to get than a prostitute.
