He's a flight risk. Throw him in jail while he awaits trial. It happens all the time. Either that, or let him out on bail, but freeze all his money, impound all his vehicles, and keep him under constant 24/7 surveillance to ensure that he doesn't try to run. And if he does, that's another felony charge. It would be easier for everyone to just deny bail and hold him in jail.Without a trial? Hell, I am surprised you don't want to just form a lynch mob. . . .
All that to say Trump hurt your feelings?rump should be indicted for at least six crimes and banned from politics: legal experts
Donald Trump should be facing prosecution for a half dozen crimes, according to a pair of legal experts, but instead he's preparing for another presidential run that he just might win.
The twice-impeached president has raised $122 million, more than twice the amount of the Republican National Committee, ahead of the 2024 presidential campaign that he shouldn't even be eligible to take part in, argued former White House ethics attorney Richard Painter in a new column for MSNBC.
"The 14th Amendment, Section 3, disqualifies from public office anyone who took an oath of loyalty to the United States and shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof," Painter argued in a forthcoming law review article with Claire Finkelstein, a law professor at the University of Pennsylvania.
Painter, who served under former president George W. Bush, suspects Trump is assembling a coalition that includes Russian president Vladimir Putin and other foreign backers, and he said the ex-president's corruption runs deep.

“[C]rimes for which Trump could be indicted include but are not limited to," Painter and Finkelstein wrote, "(1) obstructing justice as identified in the Mueller investigation, (2) bribing and/or extorting Ukraine with military aid to investigate his political opponent Joe Biden and conduct another investigation undermining the Mueller investigation, (3) coercing cabinet members and other federal employees to engage in partisan political activity in violation of the criminal political coercion provisions of the Hatch Act, (4) soliciting election fraud in a phone call to the Georgia Secretary of State in November 2020, (5) criminal sedition in authorizing preparation of the unsigned draft Executive Order dated December 16, 2020 pursuant to which President Trump would have ordered the Secretary of Defense to seize voting machines in certain states to look for evidence of election fraud, and (6) inciting insurrection at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. These alleged politically-related crimes are over and above the financial crimes being investigated by the Manhattan DA, who has already indicted the Trump Organization and its chief financial officer."
Trump has always managed to stay one step ahead of the law, and Painter said the next two election cycles would give him a chance to sidestep the multitude of criminal investigations of his business and political activities -- with devastating consequences for American democracy.
"A republic doesn’t just become a dictatorship overnight," Painter said. "Voters choose for it to be that way. Voters get what they vote for."
"Americans will go to the polls this November and decide whether to return Trump loyalists in the GOP to Congress," he concluded. "Then we will go to the polls again in 2024. We know that Trump’s insurrectionists will have a lot of money to spend in both election cycles. If we do not make wise decisions in those elections in spite of this knowledge, 2025 could bring an entirely new chapter in American history, and not one that our founders, or most of us, would hope for."
Like Marion Berry? Being convicted of a crime does not bar you from running for office.Chances are, at least one of the crooks who are being indicted over the crime front and money laundering operation that is The Trump Organization, will be willing to testify that Trump ordered the illegal activities that they company and it's executives are being charged with. All it takes is a witness or two that can testify that Trump had prior knowledge of a crime, and he can be charged. Actually ordering a ctime isn't even necessary. All that's needed to charge him is that he knew something illegal was happened and didn't report it. If he's convicted for even the tiniest felony then he is automatically banned from ever running for public office in the United States again. and he's also banned from voting, from donating to political campaigns or even serving as an official (or members of a campaign staff.
It does under federal law. No felon hold any federal elected or appointed office, donate to federal political campaigns, own or operate a political action committee, hold a position within any executive department (or any independent agency) of the federal government, or hold any official position, paid or otherwise, within a political campaign.Like Marion Berry? Being convicted of a crime does not bar you from running for office.

In fact. . . you can run for President from jail.Like Marion Berry? Being convicted of a crime does not bar you from running for office.
So if Trump is a criminal, then put him behind bars.
Problem is, you don't want him put behind bars because it is mostly all BS, but the biggest reason is you have spent 6 long years defaming him and slandering him.
In essence, without Trump the DNC could never win another election.
What does that have to do with it? Findings of guilt are totally unnecessary to these people. The narrative says it and they believe it. It's a matter of faith with them.Has he been found guilty of anything?
Well, there is another way to view it.As long as you guys want him in your head, he will stay....... you seem to be in love with the guy."
Well with you and your media focusing on him, he will stay in your heads because that is what you want and you all do it so well. Enjoy your obsession with him and I will enjoy my freedom from him.Well, there is another way to view it.
I will offer that in sort of a 'devil's advocacy'..
DTrump "lives in" people's heads because.....he hasn't gone away.
Sure, the guy lost big time in the 2020 election. By a "landslide" in the Electoral College (his words, not mine). 7 million'sh votes in the popular election.
But yet, he holds rallies, holds the hearts and minds of loyal supporters who, unlike poster Georgio, have not "moved on". DTrump commands the loyalty, and the disposable dollars, of millions. He knows that. He uses that. He makes the pronouncements that keep him 'in the news'. He very publicly attempts to act as a kingmaker in the nation's politics.
So, poster Geogio may believe he has gone away. And perhaps, for him, he has; however, for millions of MAGAHats he has not. And as long as they agitate for Trump's interests, fund his efforts, and feed his narcissim......he ain't gonna go away.
I hope I am sufficiently clear on that.

So you folks can do the exact same thing to the next guy?Are you Republicans ever going to get serious about Americas fate?? Throw this POS in jail and come up with another

Trump will never make it to prison. He's a nearly 80 year old man with various health issues who eats basically nothing but fast food on a regular (sometimes more than twice a day) basis. He's gonna be dead within 3 years, and discovery and other pretrial stuff would take longer than that. He'll be dead long before anything ever went to trial.
Poopeypants will be the first in a cell come......tick, tick, tick.....you know when. Are you Republicans ever going to get serious about Americas fate?? Throw this POS in jail and come up with another
Democrats are doing their best to see that this happens.Leftism should be banned from politics.
