I wouldn't see a problem with a second debate, however, in a second debate, the moderators must be proven to be "independent and impartial, creating questions on the spot, not ones that the Democrats can prepare for.

I wish he would change his mind so long as he gets to choose the forum for another debate. For instance Elon Musk and Tucker Carlson have offered to moderate another presidential debate. That would be fascinating as I know both would be fair to both candidates but Kamala wouldn't know what questions were coming and would have to actually answer them. I don't think she could do that while it would be effortless for Trump.

Among voters who said they had heard at least something about Tuesday's debate, 53% said Harris won and 24% said Trump won. Some 52% of respondents said that Trump stumbled and didn't appear sharp, while 21% said that of Harris.

Harris, 59, put Trump, 78, on the defensive in a combative presidential debate with a stream of attacks on his fitness for office and his myriad legal woes.

The poll surveyed 1,690 U.S. adults nationwide, including 1,405 registered voters. It had a margin of error of around three percentage points for registered voters.

God was exposing something to us. It got exposed, and now God is telling Trump no more debates allowed for him.

You know Trump loves debates, and being seen on TV live, over and over, "BUT" all of a sudden God has told him the debate door is now closed - that is major. What needed to get exposed is complete.

I disagree. While I think he narrowly won out for the most part, it was I think his worst debate performance in 9 years while Harris generally did better than most people expected. Trump missed huge golden opportunities.

If Harris is willing, Trump should reengage her under similar rules but with a better network moderating that is more fair and neutral, study his mistakes, practice corrected talking points, and meet with her again.
