A YT channel calimed Trump has recently removed 12 top Generals in the military. I asked AI. It seems the number may be even higher.

Based on reports from early April 2026, it is true that the Trump administration has removed multiple senior military officials, including the Army Chief of Staff and other generals, as part of an ongoing restructuring of the Department of Defense. [1, 2, 3]
  • Recent Firings (April 2026): Reports indicate that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, under the Trump administration, fired Army Chief of Staff General Randy George on April 2, 2026, forcing him into early retirement. Along with him, other senior officials were removed, including Gen. David Hodne and Maj. Gen. William Green Jr..
  • Scale of the "Purge": Some reports and social media commentary suggest that over 20 top generals and admirals have been removed or fired by Sec. Hegseth since the start of the administration's actions in early 2025.
  • Previous Removals: In February 2025, President Trump fired the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General CQ Brown, and the Navy’s top admiral, Lisa Franchetti.
  • Context: The removals are described as an attempt to reorganize Pentagon leadership to align with the President’s policies and to address concerns over "woke" ideology within the military.
  • Additional Removals: The administration has also been active in replacing other officials, including the Attorney General in April 2026. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
While the figure "12 generals" has been discussed, some sources suggest the scope of the removals (including admirals and top leaders) has exceeded this number. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Trump owns the oil.webp

It looks like it will be an easy thing for any pres to replace the top military leaders with his own yes men if he wanted to use it as his personal military force.

The problem with generals during peace time is, you don't know how they would perform during a time of war.

President Lincoln was all too aware of this problem as he went through general after general until he could find one that actually could fight and produce results.

But until a time of war, they are basically just political stooges.

Trump is firing them not for their military strategy but because they supported DEI policies

As I said, these generals are just political stooges to implement retarded social engineering policies until war breaks out.\

Until that time their value as compotent generals is unknown.

Hegseth is not just firing but blocking promotions of those he does not like

Let me be clear, on the battle fiend what you don't need is to add to any conflict or confusion. It is a matter of national security after all.

You don't need lovers quarrels, you don't need those that may dislike having trans in the mix, you should not even have women on the battle field in my opinion.

But hey, that makes too much damn sense for the government to agree, and just reading this Leftists probably had their eyes start bleeding due to their inner DEI/Gender cult rage, so there is that.

These people are accelerating the decline of America at a pace none of us have ever seen before, what will be left in 3 years?

That’s what Stalin did, just before the SU’s biggest defeat.

Hegseth does not care about military readiness or lethality. He is not redefining the mission but is more concerned about how it looks.

The look he wants does not include women, minorities or gays

15th post
Getting rid of bloat is done by combining agencies and functions and getting rid of excess general officers
Not by arbitrary firing
Arbitrary? LOL pulled names out of a hat? You're a hoot RW, a hoot.

Looks like Hegseth is purging the upper class of the military to put yes men in who will follow his orders. However maybe he is also firing and removing bloat. Difficult to say at this point in time.
