As I've said since his polling numhers were good, "he can't govern based on polls, he has to govern based on his campaign promises and what will guide America to success long term". Hie refusal to give Schumer a billion dollars for his suppprt for nominees may be a huge deal going forward, it may show that Trump has reinforced his backbone. Sdhumer was clearly unhappy, pouting about Trump walking away and probably wishes he didnt get so greedy.
