Trump supporters have resented and dismissed polling when it goes badly for the President.

That has not stopped his fall the last months at all. A new poll released by "YouGov/The Economist poll, published in late July, shows President Donald Trump’s approval rating with 41% approval and 55% disapproval among U.S. adults, with a net approval of -14 points. This reflects a broader trend of declining approval, particularly among independents, driven by controversies like the Jeffrey Epstein case and tariff policies."

In January, a Morning Consult poll found "a Morning Consult poll from January reported a 52% approval rating, with a net approval of +8. Pew Research polls in February and March showed Trump's approval at 47% and 45%, respectively." All of this reflects a loss of confidence in him by many Americans.

Not RV or LV, but adults.

His RCP average is -5.1, with adults, it's -16, Likely voters +1:

What does that tell you?

I guess it's time for him to fire whoever does poll numbers now.

I guess we should be waiting for him to outlaw all polling companies except those approved by him. Or at least try to.

Would you be surprised?

Why? These polls of adults just lead to disappointment and disillusionment for idiots that take them seriously. Trump thrives on this shit.
Well, they must be rigged against Chump, right? He fights relentlessly such injustice.

He'll get to rely on increasing levels of self censorship to do the trick.

if trump farts wrong you post about it, I don't think trump gives a rats ass about his poll numbers, he knows that some of the things he does are not going to go over well and he cares less.

he's 80, 2nd and last term, he will go out with a bang, you can ***** and moan all you like.

does any of this effect you personally?

when biden's poll numbers were in the tank did you constantly post all this click bait.......NO you did not

you are only one side of the coin and that is all you seem to be

there is a center

As I've said since his polling numhers were good, "he can't govern based on polls, he has to govern based on his campaign promises and what will guide America to success long term". Hie refusal to give Schumer a billion dollars for his suppprt for nominees may be a huge deal going forward, it may show that Trump has reinforced his backbone. Sdhumer was clearly unhappy, pouting about Trump walking away and probably wishes he didnt get so greedy. Trump shouldnt be allowing anyone but him to run his W.H and policies, he just needs to keep his focus and all will work oit well for him and the GOP into 2028

Polling just adults rather than RV and LV is a cheap way of getting the results you hope for and yet largely meaningless.
I assume that means your position is 'yes, they are rigged' in line with Chump's.

All negative polls are "rigged", just like all shitty jobs reports. And all election losses.

And, no doubt, more numbers somewhere in the future that lead to people being fired for reporting them.

That's just where we are now.

Aug 4, 2016 — President Obama laughed off Donald Trump's claim that the November presidential election would be rigged, saying it was unusual for someone to complain about for someone to complain about being cheated months before the voting even starts.

Then, of course there is this..................

When you pull 85% Democrats you're going to get the numbers you want not the numbers that are really there. Truth is many Democrats have secretly admired Trump for standing up for the country.
