What exactly is the point you're trying to make?

I assume you believe that past Surgeon Generals have been qualified? I assume this since you've never been on here bitching about past choices. Seeing as how they are charged with the overall general health of the nation how would you rate the past 50+ years of their performance? Because I'd call it an epic failure. Seems to me that the "qualified" individuals we've put in there couldnt get it done what could this woman (who's qualifications for the job I am not sure of frankly) possibly do to make it worse?

Poor health you dolt. Masking had little to nothing to do with death rates or COVID outcomes in general. Everyone was exposed to and likely contracted COVID, long before the vaccine was developed. It's a respiratory virus you can't hide from it under your bed with 13 masks on and think you're safe. You arent.
