Peace in Europe wasn't established by diplomacy alone but by military force. The President has worked hard to persuade the Russian leadership to make peace with Europe, but all his efforts have been rebuffed by Russia, often with threats of expanding and intensifying the war, so he has shifted his diplomatic efforts to threatening increased sanctions against Russia, and Russia's response is a direct threat of war against the US, and a war between Russia and the US would almost certainly be a nuclear war, so it is only prudent to reposition US forces to meet this threat. The Russians have too often repositioned their nuclear capable missiles, even in violation of existing treaties, so to have an early advantage in a nuclear war not to take their threat seriously.

In fact it is so immature and pointless here that Moscow may choose to completely ignore it .

Or , for example ,ask whether the US Sub strength is as good as their Aircraft Carrier reserves --- two US Carriers recently destroyed with at least three others in dry dock .

How is a humanitarian crisis unfolding in Gaza after three years? Where was it in year 1 and 2? And, if there is a humanitarian crisis, then why can't anyone show it, why was someone just caught the other day using a child actor who was just pretending, actually already the victim of some known disease or illness he was being treated for and nothing to do with the war in Gaza just pretending to be a war victim?

Now we have Russia giving us flack over Ukraine and Iran.

If I want to worry about a humanitarian crisis, I do not need to look halfway around the world, I can look in my own backyard:
  • At homeless people living on the streets.
  • Vets who often cannot get the care they need.
  • Students threatened and attacked within their own university just because of where their parents came from.
  • Cost of living up 40% from just a few years ago.
  • People being brutalized on the streets in broad daylight doing ordinary things.
  • Now Russia making threatening overtures despite our trying to effect peace for them.

Why? Do you think that in a million years, that China or Russia would ever make a military maneuver then call us to say they were just bluffing?

Fact of the matter is that we already had or should have had subs strategically placed around Russia, and I'm sure Russia has subs out there right now too off our waters.

And since Trump is trying to bully most of Europe and the UK, I doubt they'll offer much help.

Hopefully Trump is just acting out his entitled teenage self with all this escalation.
