Actually Irans cash was frozen because of their nuclear program. Once they abandoned their uranium, their cash was returned.

I am not sure their capabilities have been damaged beyond repair.

Anything can be repaired, if hit with 6-14 MOPs (the General says 14!), not a whole lot of it is in good operating condition and will take years just to clean up and get back in operation, ITMT, both Israel and the USA have a breathing window of opportunity. And that is assuming these places are not hit any more.

There is some reporting that Fordow may still be relatively undamaged below the surface.

How could anyone possibly know that at this point?

They dropped 6-14 GBU-57s down the two air shafts at Fordow. The facility was 300-400 feet underground. They drop these MOPs one behind the other so that after one hit, the next punches in deep and deeper still.

My guess is that the top third of the mountain is now gone.
