I don't think you even understand what DEI is.

I know exactly what it is. Not the theory you are taught, but the actual implementation on the streets:

• DIVERSITY = anyone but a white person, just because they are white.
• EQUITY = using a slanted scale tougher for whites but easier for minorities to pass so that good/bad, they all come out the same in hiring.
• INCLUSION = the forced population of substandard people in positions of importance throughout business and government who will carry out a clandestine political agenda aimed at the usurpation of and holding of political power in this country for a select few.

DEI really ought to be called: RRE---

• RASCISM
• RETRIBUTION
• EXCLUSION

The engineered social justice for perceived injustices by imposing a far greater injustice on those whom you cannot compete with in a free and fair market to do unto others far greater than that you think they did to you.
