No..sweetie. I have been voting for over 40 years. And since I have been voting, those corn and rust belt states have been voting against their own best interest. Large swaths of vacant land (save for TN and KY), middle aged, white pop, younger gen don't stick around (no opportunity), walk into that voting booth every 2 years and see "R" and "D"...maybe. Check the box...and those Republican congressional reps..do NOTHING for them that improves their quality of life, lowers their taxes, increase the number of jobs, makes things more affordable for them......you know, so young people..actually want to stick around.
