Trump is going to sign the bill that funds abortion, DEI and Trans Hospitals

Does this sound like the agenda that Trump campaigned on? Did he appoint justices to the Supreme Court to overturn Roe just to keep funding abortion through Congressional appropriations? Has his DOJ cracked down on DEI just to keep funding it through federal tax dollars? Is he going to allow the federal government to continue funding hospitals engaging in social experiments on children in the name of "gender affirming care?" He has the power of the veto pen. Why wouldn't he kick this back to Congress and demand they remove this funding?
