First of all he has to make up for his failure in the first term by indicting Hillary Clinton, and then he needs to go after all the corrupt bureaucrats in the swamp that he promised, as well. If he would have done it the first time around we wouldn't be where we are.

That's historically wrong. We can have a good idea of who's gonna win those states if we look at the national average. For instance. no Democrat in recent history has won by being tied with the Republican. Hillary lost by being ahead by 2%, which wasn't enough.
And there are no polls in those states recently.
