Trump holding onto documents, nullifies any claim of executive privilege.

What a joke. Everyone who doesn’t get their information from ABC Nightly News knows the FBI raided them in order to get the Spy-gate documents showing how they falsified documents in order to spy on President Trump.

They cracked open a safe that was empty. President Trump played them like a fiddle.
Trump also forfeit his ability to claim executive privilege over any of those documents.

The presidential records act keeps the National Archive from releasing any presidential records for the first 5 years. And gives the president and the ex-president the right to invoke claims of executive privilege over PRA documents in the hands of the National Archives.

The current documents seized by the FBI and in the hands of the FBI, which being in the executive branch, the supreme court gave the current president sole authority over invoking executive privilege over executive branch records.

In brief, Trump has executive privilege over the records he turned over to the National Archives, but Biden has executive privilege over the records Trump failed to turn over to the National Archives. Which makes a special master moot when it comes to determining executive privilege over the documents seized by the FBI.
Basically.

From which University did you receive your law degree?

Basically.
You morons do realize you’re fucking yourselves right? What you’re doing today will come back at you, soon.

If Trump wins 2024 what do you think his first move will be? I’d raid bidumbs house, I would raid his kids house, I would raid his bank accounts.

And when that happens I expect you to STFU.

What we're reading is how stupid you are.
You can barely type 2 sentences.

Trump doesn't have to invoke EP to declassify documents.
I don't even know where to begin when it comes to this whole argument that Trump declassified the documents. First, it don't work the way you think it does. Trump just can't unilaterally declassify documents because he wants to take them home with him. There is a process, and part of that process is notifying the agency that currently holds that information. Especially when it comes to top secret documents that are compartmentalized. Did Trump do that? Nope, no documentation to that effect.

But here is the other thing. It don't make a shit, it really doesn't. Classified or de-classified, those documents belong to the people, not the big fat orange man.

Well, no. Innocent people don't have to worry about such things. Only guilty people do.

That's you.

Come on, Trump spent 4 years sending TheState after Democrats. It got him nothing. Bush before him tried the same. It got him nothing.

You went full Stalinist, and it got you nothing. You can't behave any worse than you've already behaved, so threatening to behave worse is an empty threat.

So, little kook, explain it to everyone ...

How does Trump stealing classified documents create attorney-client privilege for those documents?

This new Trumptard legal theory should be hilarious. Lay it on us.

The Presideent has sole authority to declassify and was cooperating with the ‘agency’ way back in June of that year.
