And while it is possible, to have respect for blue collar workers without, well actually working a blue collar job, it isn't that easy, and damn near impossible if you have never participated in manual labor.

In fact, Trump was never an advocate for those who voted for him – the dreadful, destructive legislation Trump just signed into law if proof of that, legislation harmful mostly to Trump voters in red states.
