Personally, I think the entire world system is broken. Why do we let thugs take over countries and then countries grant asylum to anyone and everyone from that country who doesn't want to be ruled by thugs, giving the thug full control of an entire country? I say we do the asylum seekers a favor and go in and wipe out the thugs so that those people don't have to leave at all and can stay in their home countries, minus the thugs.
