During Tuesday’s hearing, the Trump Foundation’s lawyer, Alan Futerfas, asked that the trial not commence in October, because it was so close to the midterms. Judge Scarpulla laughed in response, did not change the trial date, and hinted that she is likely to require the President to testify.

Yeah, Dailykos, posting on an article about an actual hearing in which an actual trial is going to take place in October, in an actual court, in front of an actual judge, in which there are actual sanctions against the Trump foundation that could be decided, and dotard himself could actually be summoned to testify, which is in a state court, and his office in no way can protect him from doing so, and no pardon power applies.
