I'm asking if the Navy will get a dedicated parade like the Army did because it fell on his birthday, or does the Navy get no D.C. parade?

Certainly the 250th Anniversary of the Founding of the Navy and Airforce etc. should be commemorated. That won't happen for quite some time though. The current U.S. Navy will have its 250th Anniversary in 2044, the Air Force in 2197.

#2 The official date for the Marines is November 10, 1775 - meaning in 5 months.
