Well, this was a few days ago.

Now look at what Trump has announced. An arrangement by the firm with President Trump.

President Donald Trump said he would withdraw an executive order stripping security clearances and threatening government contracts from Paul Weiss after the powerhouse firm agreed not to use diversity and inclusion considerations in its hiring practices and donate $40 million in pro bono legal services to initiatives supported by his administration.
...
A post to Trump’s social media account said he had met with Paul Weiss chairman Brad Karp and agreed to a series of principles, including pledging nonpartisan representation of clients despite the personal political views of individual lawyers and not taking political affiliation into account during hiring.
The pro bono services will support veterans, “fairness in the justice system”, and Trump’s antisemitism task force among other priorities.
“We are gratified that the President has agreed to withdraw the Executive Order concerning Paul Weiss. We look forward to an engaged and constructive relationship with the President and his Administration,” Karp said in a statement posted to Trump’s account.
The statement on the president’s social media page also said Karp had “acknowledged the wrongdoing” of former Paul Weiss partner Mark Pomerantz, who left the firm to assist with the Manhattan district attorney’s investigation into Trump’s finances.

President Donald Trump said he would withdraw an executive order stripping security clearances and threatening government contracts from Paul Weiss after the powerhouse firm agreed:
  1. not to use diversity and inclusion considerations in its hiring - who will verify this?
  2. donate $40 million in pro bono legal services to initiatives supported by his administration - who will track this and confirm it was given and the fees not inflated?
  3. pledging nonpartisan representation of clients despite the personal political views of individual lawyers - who will police this?
I think the firm got off easy. Sorry, Trump, but you cannot make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.

Trump domination again!
