Sort of a yawner but it's a damn shame the EO was even needed.....That's how bad the dems had got.
SCOTUS in a 6-3 decision used the "standing" cop-out, Trump fixed it.

Justice Alito wrote the dissent, joined by Thomas and Gorsuch. He wrote that this was "one of the most important free speech cases to reach this Court in years", that the respondents had brought enough evidence to suggest the government's actions were unconstitutional, but that the Court "shirks that duty and thus permits the successful campaign of coercion in this case to stand as an attractive model for future officials who want to control what the people say, hear, and think. That is regrettable."
 
There’s no enforcement mechanisms. It’s virtue signaling for the low informed voters. They can do whatever they want.
Negative, anyone caught doing it (at least while Trump or a gop successor is in office) can be fired as long as the EO is in place.

Of course, the dems would kill it if they ever regain the WH..

Which means if they break the EO but Trump likes it, then there’s no repercussions.

Of course not. It’s just setting up two sets of rules.
 
Elon Musk has already used his authority at Twitter to remove posts he doesn't like about his actions in government.

This would be a violation of the EO and warrant his dismissal.

Unless it's all just bullshit, of course.
