And yes, we do have a way of knowing. States where cries of fraud emanated were investigated by the states themselves. To this day, the only fraud found were sporadic cases which were adjudicated by the states where it occurred. Not one single state found any evidence of any widespread fraud. No court found any evidence of widespread fraud. No justice department found any evidence of widespread fraud. Every single state certified their results. All that eliminated any need for Congress to hold any additional investigations. Plus each states' representatives had the ability to contest their respective state's electors if they believed the election was free and fair; and some did just that. They still did not determine the election was not free and fair.

What is being said is that his desire to either be declared the winner of the 2020 election he lost, or to get a redo of that election, by terminating rules, regulations and articles found in the Constitution to accomplish that -- reveal he's unfit to hold public office.
