Yep. When Trump won his case in the S.C he won it for all presidents. There must be limitation though. Everyone will notice that there were many lawyers on CNN and elsewhere who said "Trump can't just do whatever he wants" and Obama should follow the same laws but the same lawyers won't call out Obama, they will try and debunk Trumps team.

It's safe to say, barring serious fraud it is difficult to go after a president. Even if they killed someone on the street they would be protected both by his Secret Service and the law unless they went postal on a crowd of people.

That's just the way it is and in some ways has to be in order for a president to operate with broad powers.
