I believe Donald Trump is playing this game so he can create a third party that will run candidates of his choice while destroying the GOP...

Trump failure will set his children up for runs at political office in the State of New York. It will allow the Two older boys and Ivanka to run for office because their names are out there and they will be darlings to Trump followers.
