I always get such a kick out of the craziness of the democrat cult and how easily they are lead around.
The first problem here is the simplistic "democrats" and "republicans" by pretending there are only two "sides" the entire discussion becomes petty and unproductive. I cannot vote, I'm a permanent resident and I will tell you I do not align with either party or candidate.
Trump ran with every big name. He was hailed as a great person. He gave money to election campaigns. He was famed for helping others. Even Hillary said he was such a great person that he should run for office.
Yes, the US is highly sycophantic.
Then as suddenly as he declared his run for presidency he was the worst person in the world. He was incompetent, a Russian asset and everything else. Not because of anything he did except for claiming he wanted to be president.
This is far too simplistic, Trump had his critics before his 2016 success, he was ridiculed for his "university" and casinos going down the toilet.
As a "business leader" he's a failure, he has no footprint in the world of commerce, he's a real estate gambler and TV personality, as I said already if he had any real skills he'd hold non-executive directorship on other hotel companies, fashion brands, airlines and so on, all of these big industry player have non-executive "advisors" on their board and those boards values their input.
Trump holds
not a single non-executive directorship and that is an alarm bell for a man claiming to be able to lead, he cannot, he is not a leader he is a boss, he doesn't help his staff achieve he throws them under buses when they upset him, he's moody, a spoiled brat.
Harris is by far a better leader and know how to delegate and is unlikely to operate a revolving door administration like Trump where people are brought in used and fired on a whim, that creates instability and uncertainty, the epitome of poor leadership.
Here's an
example of superb leadership, the late John Harvey Jones, a pragmatist and skillful leader and decision maker.
Years before these dumb
The Apprentice shows, Jones did a series called
Trouble Shooter in which companies would invite him to visit their operations and listen to their problems and advise them, this was all filmed. We in Britain also had
The Apprentice and this was led by Alan Sugar a successful business man in Britain.
John Harvey Jones was unimpressed with this format of show and felt that people like Sugar (and no doubt Trump) were poor leaders, here's what he said in an interview about this:
The former chairman of ICI claims Sir Alan has used 'bullying' tactics to whittle down the business reality-show contestants, who compete for a six-figure salary with the entrepreneur's company, Amstrad.
Sir Alan's no-nonsense approach has made The Apprentice - which reaches its final tonight one of BBC2's biggest ratings winners and his blunt dismissal of failed hopefuls with the line 'You're fired' has become a TV catchphrase.
But Sir John, above, became a household name in the 1990s advising ailing firms in TV's first business reality series Troubleshooter, where he says the aim was always to help those who sought his guidance.
Sir John, 82, from Hay-on-Wye, Powys, said, 'It's not your job to exploit your position of power.
'It's easy [to do that]. My experience of life is that you get the best out of people by encouraging their self-belief.'
Sir Alan and TV gurus such as celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and The X Factor judge Simon Cowell typify a growing trend of high-profile stars using aggressive management styles on TV, said Sir John.
The former industrialist said he believed celebrities like Sir Alan whom he has met, do little to assist the young hopefuls who come before them.
He told the Western Mail, 'They seem fonder of themselves than the people they are interviewing. My own view has always been that it's quite wrong and that if you were appearing on TV you had a duty to preserve other people. I think he [Sir Alan] comes across as a bully.
'I think his methods of leading people or choosing them are not ones that get good results.'

interview here.
Trump is a bully, a boss not a leader, he is totally inept at leading and I could do a better job in the same circumstances, really people are far too naive in the US, They attach far too much attention to celebrity and fame - their sycophantic and that's a shame because they could be about to elect the most useless individual as their president.
Leaders get things done, they overcome obstacles they don't cry about them, they seek to react to problems rather than blaming everyone around them, they inspire and encourage the subordinates to exceed their potential, they put their own egos aside and do all they can to support and
enable their team to succeed, that's leadership.
oh, and Harvey Jones held non-executive directorships (unlike the nincompoop Trump)
Here's a short tribute from a guy who worked far below CEO level but later started a business and grew it rapidly, early on he asked Jones for guidance and he describes what Jones said and did - you'll find NOTHING like this about Trump from business leaders:
So this is my analysis, if a person cannot lead they cannot be trusted with executive authority, no ifs no buts, it's that simple and that's why Trump is a non-starter for me.
