Trump attacks the Federalist Society!

You’re doing your disingenuous dancing around again.

Here again, are the questions.

“Are you glad because the Federalist Society came perilously close to achieving its goal of creating a unitary executive above the law, and bending jurisprudence to the desires of the oil billionaires who financed it.

Or, are you glad that appointees that they had installed actually uphold the law?”
Oh that was never the goal

No, most people are not aboard with the idea of creating a well financed right wing pressure group with the express mission of imposing a corporate/right wing agenda on the nation by stacking the courts with ideological toadies.

Judges are supposed to be impartial.

That was NEVER the aim of the Federalist Society, which exists to politicize the courts.
That’s incorrect as well

There is no one unitary executive theory.

There are variations. Some recognize judicial restraint.

The one the Trump regieme prefers is that he is all powerful and immune from prosecution while he is in office.
Of course there is.

Well that’s not a Trump theory about immunity

Trump going after the Federalist Society's Leonard Leo is straight up delicious. It's like the monster turning on Dr. Frankenstein.
